Smoky Corn w Green Goddess Salsa GF
featuring Shoots Micro Coriander
Corn
1 fresh corn cob
1 tsp salt flakes
1 tsp chilli
1 tsp paprika
1 stick butter (use olive oil for a DF vegan alternative!)
Green Salsa
½ avocado
1 green capsicum
½ red onion
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp fresh chilli
Boil the corn in salted water for 5 minutes.
Melt a stick of butter on it and roll corn in a mix of paprika,
chilli, and salt for a delicious spicy, smoky flavour!
Garnish with mirco coriander.
Combine the salsa ingredients and toss a handful of micro coriander through for added flavour!
