Healthy Everyday Pizza

featuring Shoots Pea Tendrils

Dough

27 gms yeast

250 mL warm water 

250 mL dark beer

2 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp salt

520gm flour

 

Combine yeast, sugar, salt, and liquids and leave to activate for 10mins.

Add flour and knead. Leave to rise for 1 hour. 

Divide in small fist sized balls and roll out for a delicious pizza base!

 

Toppings

2 tbsp parmesan 

½ cup mozzarella 

1 zucchini, thinly sliced 

½ cup sliced mushrooms 

1 tbsp capers

1 tbsp olive oil

 

Add toppings and bake in the oven until the crust is a golden brown.

Garnish with a handful of pea tendrils for a tasty nutrient hit!
