Easy Mediteranean Lunch

featuring Shoots Mustard Streaks

1 cup freekeh, cooked

½ cup roasted kumara

½ cup sundried tomato

½ cup chopped olives

½ cup feta, crumbled (use nutritional yeast for a vegan alternative)

Handful of mustard streaks


Serve with a drizzle of olive oil, or with your favourite passata.
